Common Questions
Do I have to be a VIP to attend events?
Not at all. Every free Village Member can RSVP to our regular events. VIP just gets you 48 hours of early access plus a few member-only experiences each month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — VIP is month-to-month with no contracts. Cancel from your account page and you'll keep your perks through the end of the billing period.
What if I upgrade mid-month?
You'll get instant VIP access and only pay a prorated amount for the rest of the current month.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Billing is secure and handled by our payments partner.
